RIAM and Cornell University Orchestra Concert

Members of Cornell University Symphony Orchestra and the RIAM Symphony Orchestra were conducted by Chris Kim and James Cavanagh. This collaberative concert was on January 18 at 6pm in St Andrews Church, Westmorland Row. It was the opening event in the fringe festival of the Irish Association of Youth Orchestra 20th Festival of Youth Orchestras.

The programme included: Fantasia for Saxophone and Orchestra (Hector Villa-Lobos) soloist – Gavin Brennan, Symphony no. 5 (Gustav Mahler).
