Young Dublin Symphonia
Young Dublin Symphonia held a lunchtime concert at 1pm on 19 February. It took place in St Anne’s Church, Dawson Street.
The repertoire included:
- La Folia (Vivaldi)
- Ancient Airs and Dances, suite no 3, 2 movements (Respighi)
- Lament (Tormod Tvete Vik)
- Symphony no 23, 4th movement (Haydn)
- Concerto for two cello’s rv513, 1st movement (Vivaldi)
- Casa del Diavolo 1st movement (Boccherini)
Haydn’s Symphony no 23 was arranged by Sandra Dackow in dedication to the memory of Agnes O’Kane, the founder of IAYO.
